I am thankful for my kids… my family…

for the excitement on my children’s faces……

I am thankful for their laughter and their chatter…. for the noise that surrounds me and makes me feel complete and crazy all at once…..

I am thankful that they think rocks are among the seven wonders of the world… 

I am thankful that they take time out to *play the blues*

or to glare……..

I am thankful for the bonds that they are creating and the friendships that they have….

thankful, for the sunshine on freezing cold days………

for their beauty… 

for their helping me when my hands are too full to haul firewood….

for their dreaming big dreams of catching wild purple fish with a bungee cord and a shovel………..

for moments like these…….

for exploration and awe… for pebbles and teeny tiny puddles that create endless possiblity and wonder…… that is what it is really about right? 

for lights and neighbors who give generously of themselves and the things that they loved.

and even for the tough… for the moments that hurt and are trying… for they are all a part of this…

and i am so thankful that this crazy, chaotic, wild wonderful life is mine….

for that… for all of it….

We were blessed with wonderful weather & Miss S you are an amazingly beautiful bride….. I can’t wait for your wedding!!!!

Im so happy to have caught up with you after all of these years.. it was amazing to see you and to see how the boys have grown…..
